The Early English Organ Project

HARLEY MONOGRAPHS PRICE LIST

The material in these reports has been collected over a number of years as part of a continuing research project. Most of it was stimulated by a desire to incorporate parts of these organs into our new organs, or was collected during restoration. The reports are designed as a research tool, not as reading material. All the measured drawings are included in the reports, reduced to A4 size.

Preparing the material for publication was made possible by a grant from the Harley Foundation, the Trustees of which are responsible for building the group of craft workshops where we work. That is why they are called the Harley Monographs. The Calke Abbey, Kedleston Hall, Belton House and Staunton Harold reports were published with the assistance of the National Trust, to whom the organs belong. The Wynnstay Hall report was published with the assistance of the National Museum of Wales, to whom the organ belongs. The prices cover the costs of printing, binding and postage and reflect the size of the report.

We have done our utmost to make the reports as clear as possible. If there is confusion or any other queries, contact Martin Goetze or Dominic Gwynn. The reports reflect the amount of time we have been able to spend on measuring and writing up our information. ‘Restoration report' indicates a lower level of technical information, though the photographic record is usually as full as in the others.

All the monographs are now available as CDs. The text is in Word format, measurements may be in Excel and pictures are jpgs. All are £6 each including postage (UK) or 10 euros each including postage (Europe).
